Rooms For Hire

We are 5 minutes walk from Dollis Hill Station on the Jubilee Line and one minute's walk from Willesden Bus Garage. Buses: 6, 52, 98, 226, 266, 297, 302, 260, 460.

Costs:

• Cost for room hire is £22.00 per hour.

• Out of hours lets [after 5pm and at weekends] may incur a £15 per hour caretaker fee for 1 off events.

• £100 returnable cleaning deposit will be required for parties.

Terms and conditions:

• Hours 9.00am to 8.00pm Monday-Sunday.

• All fees are payable in advance.

• There is a maximum of 30 people allowed including children.

• Unlicensed – no selling of alcohol permitted.

• Your hire period includes your time to set up your party and to clean up afterwards, and we ask they you leave the space as you have found it.
