Community Connecting

Connecting people through a shared interest, not through a shared disability.

We want people with learning disabilities to feel as much a part of their local community as anyone else.  

We work closely with people to find out what they love to do, and what their strengths are.  We also spend time getting to know local communities and local people. Then we try to link them up.

It is about what people with learning disabilities can offer to local communities and what local communities can offer them. 

It is a chance to know and get known by more people, to make friends and to be appreciated for who you are.
